    Brilliant, mate

Lots of drinking, reading and, believe it or not, salads. Glorious weather, very peaceful.

    much the same here too...however

we did visit some nice places too. The dogs had a great time...lotsa walks. We topped it off when we came back , went to the theatre and saw "The Rocky Horror Show"... that was fantastic to say the least.

We went to Whitby last Monday

All the way up it was dull. When we arrived at the Abbey, it was very atmospheric with the mist rolling round the ruins. Within half an hour, the sun was out and it was gloriously hot.
Whilst at the Abbey, a young lass was telling the others in her group that Whitby Abbey was actually called Dracula and that's why Bram Stoker named his novel as he did!:D

    I love Whitby

Beautiful, historic, little town with some lovely eating places.
