IF steele left he would be a good signing.

Would be a bit of a side-wards step for Lewis. And I bet Peterborough offered more than what we could, financially.

Thought he turned down a new deal, which lead to him being transfer listed? He's been injured a lot this season, and Jones has kept his place.

Not for me!!! I cannot understand the fuss about him. He is, at best, a good shot-stopper, but just seems not to know when to come off his line and too often flaps around like dying chicken. Steele every time for me. If we needed a replacement - Tommy Lee from Chesterfield. Quite a character and excellent keeper.

Poor keeper in my opinion. How many goals did he let in during his time at Posh? He rarely kept a clean sheet and even when they got promoted they were conceeding plenty.

Agreed; he's not as good as Steele and I would also have the Chesterfield keeper before Lewis if we do lose Steele.

    Tommy Lee
Think he was at manchester United whilst Steele was there.
Would he be a happy number 2?

You were talking about a replacement for Steele, where does the no2 comment come from all of a sudden?

According to his Wikipedia page he's wanted by Aston Villa as backup for Shay Given.
