    Just seen on Twitter the following exchange between Joe Williams and a Wigan fan- I can’t really understand why he would be hoping we are relegated, did I miss something?

    He’s not replying to that tweet, there would be a grey line connecting them if so. He was replying to the news about the signing.

    Thumbs up is fairly self explanatory? Fire symbol means he thinks he’s great and clapping hands means well done on the signing.

    No, he’s not replying to Reece, that’s why there is a horizontal line between the two tweets, separating them.

    Are you sure? When I clicked it it appeared to be linked. Would make more sense if he’s not, mind, as I thought he finished his loan on good terms.

    100%. There’s a horizontal line separating the tweets. There would be a grey line down the side connecting them if it was a reply.

    He was replying to the announcement by Wigan, note the line on the left connecting them together on the image above.
