    He repeatedly punched someone that was laying on the floor, helpless and practically unconcious.

    How can a suspended sentance be given for someone that has since done the same thing again?

    The Dabo, thing was first it happened last May. The thing in Liverpool happened at Christmas and he got 6months for that.....
    He was going to plaed not guilty right up until the day of the trail but change his mind, probably cos he knew the evidence was over whelming and IF he'd been found guilty at trail he'd be looking at another 6-12 month stretch !!! (wnkr) (wnkr) (wnkr)
