35 year old defensive midfielder who has played in the championship the majority of his career - released by Derby. It would go against the recruitment strategy that seems to be in place but experience in this position would be welcome, in my opinion. Thoughts?
Didn't Ben Mansford say Eustace was exactly the type of player we needed earlier this season? Think that was before we signed Scowen though, don't think this is an area we need to strengthen now so doubt it'll happen. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
Would've been a good signing three years ago. At 35, and having just undergone a second knee operation, he'd probably end up being another over-paid crock. Plus we've already got a bit of grit in midfield, in Scowen.
Would have Eustace at Oakwell. He's a quality player and better than League 1 level. It all depends who Johnson wants to keep. Scowen, Digby and Berry can all play in that anchor man role so doubt we need anyone else to play there. May as well spend our money on positions we really do need!
