    How was he out of his depth? I actually think he was on a hiding to nothing - relegation from the prem - expectations were sky high. Redfearn was irreplaceable and we lost ward - the Huddersfield game was one if the best performances I've seen at oakwell . Had the foresight to bring in higgy
