    Met john higgins. Took him to hotel in Llandudno on sunday night in mu taxi. Was playing in players championship in Venue Cymru. Nice chap and great sense of humour

    About 10/1 for the Worlds, and the draw looks like being kind. He would meet Ronnie in the Semi Final on form. And I think John would do the Rocket. Not sure about him winning the Final though.

    He was in the company of very dangerous and shady people in his eyes so would tell them whatever they wanted to head to stay safe. Top players like John can earn more playing properly. It's not like when Lee and Hann etc got caught. Guys who weren't at the top of the game looking for a quick earner.

    Neil Robertson will blow Ronnie away today. There's certain players have the wood on Ronnie now. He has to be on it just to compete. Ronnie would lose to Robertson, Higgins, Trump and Selby 7 times out of 10. It's a shame he misses more easy balls than he used to.

    I reckon it's because he's slowed his game down too much. There's times when he gets down on the shot. Changes his mind walks round the table, has the white cleaned then misses the next shot.

    He's all about rhythm so when he doesn't play his natural game he struggles. His safety isn't up there with Selby or Higgins either.

    Best two players now are Robertson and Trump. Closely followed by Higgins, Ronnie and Williams.

    That said, my dark horse for World's is Selby because he bores me to death.

    It all depends which Ronnie O'Sullivan turns up. On his day, even if he's playing at 70% he's unbeatable.

    Selby has won four of the last eight World Championships (and three of the last six). He is available at 9/1 with Boylesports (represents just a 10% chance). I'm not saying he is a certainty, but that price surely underrepresents his chance?

    Very disappointed tonite. I just had a fiver on Robertson in last frame to win decider. I was trying to edge my bets. I won but won't be watching the final.
