How do you ever move forwards with your life after losing your wife & two daughters like that? That evil scumbags effectively ended John Hunt’s life as well. Horrendous
That was my first thought when reading it too, devastating beyond words. I believe he has another daughter when I read I'd and I can only hope that her and her father are able to bring each other some sort of comfort - Unimaginable as that may seem right now. No punishment is fitting for such actions, no justice can be served.
Tbh I've only just picked up on this story. It's so tragic. I can't imagine the pain caused to the family of those killed. Rest in peace the 3 of you.
this is where my thoughts go back to the old arguement in cases where it is undeniable is there a case for capital punishment again? seems crazy that he will get life behind bars when he has totally destroyed a whole family by killing three of them my heart goes out to what is left of the family and wish they could have got real justice for their loved ones

Hard to comprehend a loss of the three most important people in your life taken from you just like that. The gun laws in this country are rightfully strict why such a deadly weapon can be purchased by anyone over the age of 18 clearly needs addressing sooner rather than later.
It hurts my brain to think of how the three of them must have suffered, watching as one by one their loved ones are killed right next to them, knowing that they will be next. There aren't words to describe how evil it was. And he looks so 'normal'. Beyond comprehension. I don't know John Hunt ever gets over it.
Aside from the arguments about the morality of capital punishment and whether it serves any purpose other than vengeance, how do you separate undeniable from beyond reasonable doubt?
I couldn't rest until the guy was dead. For me knowing he'l be in solitary confinement or a mental institution, well looked after would be further torture.
