    Lad I know had a tenner on him at 25/1 a couple of months back. He'd just been slashed in the betting from 66/1.

    For him to go, without injuries to anyone, you'd be looking at him going in place of someone like Chris Smalling or maybe Phil Jones. I can't see Hodgson dropping either of them even though their club has had their worst season in a generation.

    I'd take Stones over Smalling & Flanagan over Walker not because they're ones for the future but because they're better players right now
