John Stones had a good game for Everton last night.

He took ball playing centre half to a new level last night.

    What a player.

Not that I disagree, but I could have played well in the middle of Everton's defence last night against that disgusting pile of sheeeite that Pulis serves up. Detest that bloke with a passion. What he serves up as 'football' is exactly what ruins the game. He's in the entertainment business, yet never entertains. I know he has a job to do, but teams have survived in the past without resorting to such methods.

Perfect description of the Pulis 'brand' of football.

I agree about Pulis, his team's style is usually dreadful and I don't like to watch the games he's involved in however, it's a massive results game too and you've got to admit he gets results from how his teams play.

He gets results at the expense of entertainment. In what world should that be accepted as normal though? He got the result he wanted, but he's still a ******.

If any managerial appointment was to turn me away from Oakwell, it would be him.

    I like Pulis.

His teams stand up the pretentious billionaires who think they have a right to just pass through teams without any physical contact whatsoever.

I'd love a Barnsley side who got stuck in like that, and came off the pitch knowing they'd given everything.

Fair ******* play to him, and his teams.
