    End of the day walking away with £8-10m for the lad is decent. Also if we have a rumoured clause in sale that Everton have to give us a further sell on it could be huge. Not sure if that could work though..

    It's a clause that gives us a % of any future profit made by Everton however if he ends up at Barca I can't see that clause ever being activated.

    It would require Everton to put future clauses in.
