    With two years left on his contract and earning £250k a week, he ain’t going to be moving anywhere in the near future. I don’t see any overseas club making a bid for him and I very much doubt if he would go if there was

    Hes been bit part due to injury. He was the best, if not top 3 minimum, defender/defensive minded player in the world season before this.

    That stat where Stones had most dribbles in a champions league final since Messi 10 years ago is both brilliant and hilarious to me. His heat map was basically attacking midfield position!

    The fact they have come from league 2 and have got to where they are now, 4 league titles on the bounce, multiple domestic trophies and European cup, what a fairy tale. Just shows what can be done and despite what people might say the dream is still alive for lower league teams to make it……………………….city are the proof .

    I know someone really well who went to school with him and the photos are belters. The person I know is one of the loveliest people you could know and always speaks well about everyone. Well knock me down with a feather when he started slagging off Johns childhood sweetheart :D

    To make everyone feel a bit older, John is 30 years old next Tuesday.

    There is a great video out there somewhere ,with my son Joe John and another lad doing the single ladies routine at school.
    I am so surprised it still hasn't come out.
