His inability to change things tactically are going to cost him his job....

It's plain for everybody to see what the problems are but he won't change it... We've got a lad sat on the bench who scored 18 goals last season getting 10 minutes at the end of games if he's lucky!

What's happened to Williams? Davies has been dropped and can't get back in even though Townsend has looked suspect since he came in.... Why won't he play two up front?

I'm ranting now but it's so frustrating...

  2. Agree completely with your post Selby. His decision not to play Davies really gets me as he is by far the better keeper.

Williams is injured so not in contention. Townsend is crap, can't organise a wall, and imho was at falt for the last four goals we have conceded. I

When I first read the title I thought you meant building a competetive L1 team.

And like Keith Hill, I'm going to defend/support/back him to the hilt. Just because I believe in him.

I did eventually concede defeat with Keith, but **** it, I never learn.

as much as everyone loves scoring goals and winning games how can attackers have confidence to go forward if defence cant do there job right? its bad defensive errors that cost us today we were done by 2 chances . by the way williams is injured i think. i think we have been wasteful with loans rothwell and wilkinson are pointless signings and stopping the players in reserves coming through and he said he doesnt want many loans to stop there progress

I'm all for backing Johnson but he's making it really hard for himself at the minute with his formations and lack of cutting edge up front....

You need to stop going out drinking with Barnsley managers and CEO mate, it will only bite you in the arse eventually.
It would be great to be able to stick with a manager for years, but we have to FIRST AND FOREMOST APPOINT THE RIGHT ONE !!!

I would have stuck with wilson for at least another season.
I would like to see Stuart Gray here, just like I would have the last three times we needed a new manager.
Sticking with a manager is all well and good as long he is the right one! I would not trust the board ( I say that with a smile and a wink)of BFC to appoint a manager while they have a hole in their arses !

Edited to add, to be honest I am not really bothered who is the manager at the moment, I dont care ! And that is something I never would have expected to feel. I dont miss the matches when I am working saturdays now, I did, but at the moment I just feel meh !

    Me too.

    A morbidly-obese, criminal, misogynist 5hitebag of a man.

But by God he gets results.

I've thought before how I'd never want him at Oakwell, and I've probably even said it on here.

    Needs must, though.

If it was my club then Danny Wilson would still be the manager.

If it was my club he wouldn't....lost all credibility last season when he told Radio Sheff..after the Donny away defeat that it was a game that could have gone either way....poetic license is one thing but taking the p*** is another.
