he's getting better but considering chelsea already had him for about 20% of that fee before is worrying.

Totally agree. £17.5m for a player they sold for a fraction of that only a couple of years ago is quite a joke.

Do Chelsea really need him? They have Bosingwa - who in my opinion is the best RB in the Premiership and Belleti and Ferreira are decent enough players too. Think there just trying to show their spending power.
