Bristol City are at serious risk of getting relegated and the man himself says it takes time to build a team (3 Windows) Why leave a club in full swing who could make your career (cup final and play offs) to go to a club who in a few months time could then sack him and he would be back to square 1. I understand the reasons he would want to go on one hand but surely this is an absolutely massive gamble that could easily go terribly wrong if results don't come quick.
