Held the ball up fantastic , spread the play and played some lovely balls. Great chip over the defender when Mifsud skyed it

Most of the team put in a good shift tonight. De Silva brilliant and yes probably just edged him for MOTM

Kozzy played best for a while. Moore did well. Hammil was a real threat. Colace did what he always does

Think Foster struggled today with Kuqi's height and power but all in all a good shift from the team

Agree, thought everyone played very well. Our best team in my opinion, though I did think we were ****** after they scored.

On the deck for Mifsud, who looks alot better alongside Macken.

I went to a different game then

better than of late but his first touch is as poor as ever and he gives up once he loses the ball

(though granted on occasions he did hold the ball up well)

I thought Macken was good tonight - normally v.critical of him but he did well, particularly with a referee who gave him absolutely nothing.

I agree with susie. He did ok. Their cb was fouling him but it's always 6 and 2 3s with macken. He didn't seem to be able to get away from him. Thought boggy looked better when he came on however palace had gone to **** be then

Back to his best I thought

Like when he first came on loan. Will never have any pace but he had a partner with that tonight. Still, mustn't get carried away.

Will be interesting to see how he does against his old mates on Saturday.

    "Moore did well"

Understatement of the year? Thought he was brilliant - won almost everything and got clattered more than once for his troubles. Bobbins with the ball at his feet, just like that spinless lovely person Morgan, but thought he played his big daft socks off.

    Reminded me of Terry Butcher

That game when he had blood pouring out of his head, against Italy I think. Moore was magnificent, apart from one occasion when he headed a ball that was 2mm above the ground. As long as he lamps it, we're fine. If he so much as even thinks about a pass we are in deep ****.

    Agreed

Great ball thru for JCR, and some decent hold up play.

    Can't fault him tonight.

It has got to be Macken with Mifsud or Boggy. Macken is the only striker we have got who offers any physical presence. He should have had a load of free kicks tonight. Holds it up so the midfield can get forward. Would like to see Kuqi in a red shirt.

Top performance......... more like that needed!

But to be fair to him, he came back early from injury when we had no one else........ so I assume he has been playing through that injury for some time. Little bit of rest, plus added competition for places up front is just what he needs. I juts hope he can repeat that performance against another former club of his on Saturday.......

Another season double scalp perhaps..... would be nice! and certainly ease the pressure.

I'd play 4-4-2 same team, but change subs around i.e. Steele, Souza, Andranik, Devaney, Boggy. Then again I wouldn't be against the 4-1-3-2 couter attacking formation we play, as long as we keep same side.

    I agree my MOTM

Him and Mifsud were a good partnership.
