    When a match gets rained off or someones been a little naughty at an away match the bloke cant wait to do an interview, Lose 8 games on the fecking trot and not a peep....

    Aye, normally when your business fails to meet its customer expectations, the Chief Exec stands up, explains what has gone wrong and what is being done to put it right. Its called improving customer confidence and is done to alleviate a loss of business.

    Well that was last seasons reason d'etre.

    Seems like things have changed.
