    champions league club at least....... but then if a teams in the champions league why would they sack the boss to get him in anyway.........

    Apparently part of the settlement agreed with Jose was that he doesn't manage another Premiership club - whether that's true or can be enforced legally though I do not know and doubt.

    I think it can be legally enforced

    He had 3 years left on his contract so if he agrees a severence deal for £25 million in lieu of working for the 3 years at chelsea they can make a condition that he doesnt manage another prem club during that time if they like
