22 quid!! I stumped up 335 quid last year and get robbed for a game which is a bonus in terms of income for the club. thats loyalty for you. Should have been reduced for ST holders.
Secondly I just cannot comprehend why tickets are not available for both legs to purchase today and tommorow to ST holders. No excuses. It would have been a better PR job and given more time to non ST holders to buy tickets - giving the chance of a larger attendance.
Now that the club has delayed the sale of tickets such that HTFC will likely have sold their entire allocation for Oakwell what will the club do to prevent home tickets being obtained by ticketless HTFC fans?

maybe we would have a better chance of getting a ticket for the away leg if we went to the galpharm? i wouldnt fancy standing among their lot tho.
RE: Do I really need to elucidate you on that? B*ll*cks. What about the ones who've spent over 200 quid on 11 games, which in the scheme of things works out as a greater outlay of your 335 notes inc several free games over a season. Dont they go down as loyal?
RE: eh? you've lost me It costs double to see the reds as a match day ticket holder when compared to a season ticket holder. Those who may get to say 15 games will have forked out £350. Are they not as loyal as a season ticket holder?
yes they are, you just lost me with the 200 quid being greater than 335 bit the old catagory system was far better.
RE: Go and have a nap and think about it. Left Birmingham at 1803 tonight. I need a nap. You are no more or no less loyal to the club than any other fan. Regardless of wether you are a season ticket holder or not. The club should discount tickets across the board not jsut to the 'privileged few' .
Allright then No
Because at the start of the season I forked out for a full season - irrespective of how we go on.
A pay on the day fan will largely attend more games the more successful we are. If we do ***** he can (and will) just not turn up while the season ticket holder has put his money where his mouth is.

RE: Allright then At this present time I pay on the gate if and when I am fortunate enough to go. Fair enough, we are flying high and a few floating fams are drawn back to Oakwell but irespectitive of results I and no doubt several hundreds of other pay on the gate fans would still attend. Having a season ticket does not make you any more loyal than AN Other fan.
I am afraid in commercial terms it does I give the club money in advance on which it can plan its forthcoming season.
I do not doubt that there are a FEW fans that cannot muster the cash at once to purchase a season ticket and the club needs to look at its finance arrangements for this market.
On the whole though the simple mathematics of the season ticket ie 14.56 per game or 8 free games means that its silly for the regular attendee not to get a ST other than if he intends to tailor his attendance to high profile games or when we are doing well.
Therefore I conclude that on the whole a ST holder is in commercial terms a more loyal customer and "extra corricular" games should be priced accordingly.

RE: I am afraid in commercial terms it does No you are not a more loyal fan, you a more fortunate fan in that you dont have commitments on a saturday allowing you to purchase a season ticket. The club either reduced the tickets across the board or not at all. And if you dont like the fact they are charging £20+ per ticket then dont buy one. Simple.
What on earth are you talking about? I have had a ST since 1994
I have been a centenary society member since 1995
I have been a regular attendee at home since 1976
I have been to over 70 grounds watching BFC
I dread to think at what cost.
Short arms indeed
