    All Barnsley F.C. needs right now is to take a fan tocourt for speaking his or her mind. That would just about cap it all off. They'd be stupid to do it, really very stupid, mind you, I wouldn't putit past them. You could imagine the press coverage 'Football club takes loyal supporter to court for being unhappy'. </p>

    I don't see what the problem iswith fans stating quite explicitly that they feellied to. We all know the circumstances that we'retalking about - the way in which Ritchie was fired, and the reasons behindit; the way in which McIndoe went toWolves and the way it was released to the fans; the fact that we weretold the club was looking for an amibitious managerial appointment, a man who had plenty of experience - queueappointment of the caretaker. etc etc etc</p>

    Can't take much more smoke and mirrors myself.</p>

    I fully expect this &pound;2 million to have strings attached - including the sale of our betterplayers. Getting ready to stop bothering with it at all.</p>

    There is a legal precedent regarding, its fairly sure its called fair comment. Which basically means that a person can state an opinion on a somebody in a public position, provided it is related to their performance in that position and not a personal attack.

    Im gunna find out more about it now, ive a mate with a law degree.

    Yet another example of our collective intelligence being insulted.
