    Noble Lazarus, Jones.

Really really pleased with them tonight. thought they both played well.

I thought RNL looked good and looked like he had learnt from his time at left back and left wing back for u21's. Tackled well and was in a good position. If the Ref or Linesman could see then he would have given a Derby throw-in not derby free kick. Not quick point about his crossing ability. Why the **** does perkins take freekicks ahead of him. He's the best at the club. Do the coaches not watch free kicks and corner practise in training. Also quite pleased with how he covered the back four when needed. For someone who's an out and out attacking winger he new how to play the position.

Jones, He's looked ok in u21's and i was keen to see him play in first team. He looked as good in first team as he does in u21's. Nice leap, got forward when needed and defended also well. really pleased with him.

Whatever happens this season we have two players there that are ready for whichever division we are in.

RNL played really well, should keep his place there on Saturday for me.

He won't. Looks like he's done his hamstring again.

People might say shut up and you are saying the same things over and over but i think he should be in the team every week.
He can do what all highly talented players can, adapt. I'm not comparing him to but it helps with what im trying to say. Rooney adapted to centre midfield on Sunday and that's because highly talented players can do that.

If we are to play a central three. he's got to be in there for me before O'brien. If we are to play wingers. He's got to be one of them.

If he could stay fit and not be injured, I think he'd have a better chance.
Some great crosses tonight. They really need to work on his fitness/ susceptibility to injury though.

Best crosser at the club. best freekick taker at the club. best corner taker
And we've got Perkins having first chance at left footed crosses. MAD

RNL will be a starting 11 player next season no matter what league we're in. Jones did what he had to do okay, but he also made a few errors. I doubt he's ready to be a regular, however he did look promising.

He did make a few mistakes but all twenty two players on the pitch at any one time did too.

Good to watch jones aswell because it gives a marker to what level you need to be at to play for the first team and look ok.

Well, he needs to impose himself. If he's the best. (he was certainly the best tonight)
After he's stretched his muscles properly.:)

Reuben looks in a much better place than he did a year ago, when Barnsley Tec looked a better career move. It's always been up to him if he wanted to be a player or not. If he can stay fit I can see him being a natural replacement for Mellis. Good on young Jones too, he handled a difficult debut like a man. Shame the debut wasn't bigged up as much as it might have been. They will both be handy players for League one, I think we're down now I'm afraid.

One point from safety with 9 to play for. That isn't down, not by a long shot. It's not over till the fat lady sings, and she hasn't even started warming up yet

I'm cringing terribly at that, squirming even. It's unbearable. I might have to destroy you for that.
