    But if we're now planning on building houses on the carpark then that MUST mean that the takeover is completely dead in the water now because Don said that there would be no money spent on anything like that (when we asked for a scoreboard) because it is stupid to spend money on a project when you're hoping to sell.

    Or am I reading too much into that?

    No I mean I didn't think about the fact that it made it different from spending money on a scoreboard (which also isn't on BFC land). One is akin to a tenant paying to fit a new kitchen for his enjoyment, the other is more like the landlord telling the tennant that some of the back garden is to be ripped up to build a second house on it.

    I get you now, so what we should do as tenants is tell the council the kitchen(scoreboard) is decked and demand the replace said kitchen(scoreboard) soonest

    Brilliant idea. I didn't think of demanding that they sorted it. I think the bathroom (west stand) is seriously out of date and becoming a danger and the council must replace it with a new one. The toilets especially are a danger.

    i think the toilets have some sort of preservation order on them.
