pearson has been getting a bit stick on here off certain quarters and I was just thinking with gus suspended would it be worth giving him a go at centre half, as a leftback he tended to go missing but he's a big unit, hes not bad in the air, he can pass a ball, and hes a bit pacey over the shorter distances, he could even sit as a holding midfielder

holding midfielder was his best position at Accrington, he's playing fullback as we have no one else, as I understand it

I think Pearson at centre half is something a few have suggested.

I'd like to see him play there over pinnock at this moment in time. Hopefully Lindsey will prove to be a great when fit.

I've got a feeling that Hecky thinks a lot of Lindsay and can't wait until he's
available. You can't fault Pearson's enthusiasm and you sense he's really chuffed to be
playing for the Reds. He's still trying to get to the pace of the division.
Could be a good idea to try him as a holding midfielder till he gets up to speed.

If he's too slow as a fullback he isn't going to be much better in midfield

He looks like a centre half and plays like a centre half . Stick him in midfield
