i think its the performance rather than the result. i think we have proof here that whiteboards, uefa badges and computer coaching does not directly translate into good team performances. was it Brian Clough who said football is a simple game? if someone gets a first class honours degree at university it won't necessarily make him a captain of industry - its the same principle here, there's so much more to MANAGEMENT.
