    Its nice being referred to as in-form Barnsley, rather than struggling Barnsley or battling Barnsley.

    We were never in any danger of relegation last year and haven't been since Davey was in charge so l don't understand the tag to be honest. In Robins first season we were this far off the play offs with 30-32 games played.

    Still think we are battling Barnsley the effort that gets put in, we are holding out in some of the matches where we used to cave in quite easily.

    It gets forgotten about Gord Robins first 20 games in charge yielded 32 points, first 20 last season 29 pts.

    yeah that's probably the funny thing about it, although were playing some great football, were probably battling more than we have since our promotion to the championship.

    I know we were as well off in the league at times under robins as we are now, but we never really got any credit. The papers and sky always referred to us as battling or struggling Barnsley. RS never seemed to get as excited about our chances either

    Maybe its the quality of goals that are being scored thats made them sit up and stop calling us Burnley it wont be through actually watching a game at Oakwell.

    Rad Sheff dont listen to that much so wouldn`t know.
