Train fare, match ticket, hotel, food, ale.
Waste of time, money and bloody effort that was.
/poo

Same here mate... went all over for the past few years, Germany WC, Croatia, Austria, Barcelona, Geneva, Athens, Amsterdam...... and l have come to the conclusion they are a waste of money. Miss the laugh though but just let my membership run out this summer, the lads who have continued are now top cappers after the caps have been reset. That system of resetting is also ****. May as well spend the money watching the reds. I am off to Khazi next June though with Sport Ops, its somewhere you will never go!!!
I live quite close to Wembley and I couldn't be bothered
The FA and the England squad are doing a good job of alienating all these loyal fanatics they've built up over the years.
They'll soon be back like, once we've qualified for the world cup. But I just can't be arsed at the moment based on what they're producing on the park, and its a financial burdon I don't need. Fair play to you for going. Last night was shocking- half the team need dropping.

RE: Bloody hell !! Nah, been on holidays mate, came back night before 1st game of the season - much to the missus delight , but only started back to work this week so no time to post. Everythings fine down here - until someone tells me different anyway. Looks likely we're signing Eddie Johnson on loan from Fulham for a year so should improve our forward line. Signed some Hungarian international CH from Northampton yesterday (ex Wolves, surprise, surprise), don't know much about him. That's a whopping £620k out of the £14m+ we've recieved in transfers, cup runs & record s/t sales from last year. We've had a decent start, would think that'll continue against Naaarich on Saturday. Been a bit tricky for you by the looks of it - and it won't be any easier this week, eh?
Play nicely now! I get a bit worried when blokes start fighting over me - I'm not a piece of meat you know
We've had better starts But things could be worse, we could be playing away at The Championship favourites on Saturday. Oh **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very tough I'd play dirty myself. Nip into the ground pretty early & super-glue their bench so that Kevin Phillips can't get off it. That'll only leave them with the best 5 strikers in the division. You had a difficult start looking at it but I can't see Coventry & QPR lasting the pace tbh. Southampton were nowhere near as poor as I expected them to be btw (and without Stern John) & Donny were up for it in they're 1st game at this level for a while, but we scraped through undefeated - long may it continue.
Well then ... what's all the fuss about. Don't get much better than that. And at least you've still got your eyesight - even if you did have to get a closer look! Football, what football?
