to pass some cash to vim fuego.
he got 16 £45's in 2's & 3's having queued in "relay" since 3.30am - served at 8.10am
the single queue looked abart 4 hours long but going fairly quickly as 5 or 6 turnstyles open.
some £35's were also available in 2's & 3's but no idea how many.

Looking good for a sell out then 30,000 tickets sold at an average of over 30 quid and we'll struggle to get 13,000 home fans for the local derby on setdi.
queueing from box office to main east stand turnstyles. I reckon there were about 3/400 in it but with plenty of turnstyles open...maybe a 3/4 hour wait for the back when I left. Maybe it will move quicker. Depends how many stream down now having dragged themselves out of bed.
aye and the moral to this story? publicise the club and its games on the tv/radio/internet/newspapers/general media and fans WILL turn up. fail to publicise and they dont.
Or, play all our games at Wembley? 50 quid for a juvenile season ticket, that shouldn't need advertising its common sense. Ah, maybe we're on to something there....
I think that there is merit in that... ... but why not make buy tickets for all the remaining home games at £20 per ticket is £80..... doh sorry we don't have a 33,000 capacity... back to the drawing board for me !
RE: "2's & 3's" Just the £35 tickets you are only likely to get 2 or 3 sat togther so if your wanting more you are spread around
No limit to that if the tickets are available, its just that in the £45 & £35's they only had odd pairs or tripples scattered about. No doubt they have gone now like. Have you got your tickets yet?
Not as yet Looks as though I will be sat in the gods for £25... I wasn't up for queuing for 3-4 hours, so fair play to those that did.
RE: Not as yet Its amazing that people have plumped for the most expensive tickets first. Are some ofthese the same fans that were moaning about the price of a Chelsea ticket being upped to £25.00 I wonder? Im off down today and it looking like the cheap seats for us but I dont believe there is a bad view in the ground so its no hardship really
I know Just think, they could watch the Semi-Final AND the Sheffield United game for the price of one of the more expensive seats...
