but they are wanting £100 pps to change the name on the tickets, that cant be right can it? ffs!!!, (doh)
Ryanair are a feckin joke, I've heard this before where it's cheaper to book again from scratch than to change the names.
probably - mi dad a few years ago was flying to Dublin on a 'boys' weekend - but they had spelt his surname wrong on the ticket. Ryanair wanted £200+. He came home!
Cryanair I have heard it called, because they make you cry if you travel with them. Loads of hidden stings.
We fly to Brussels with them Paid less because we are only taking hand luggage, i think hand luggage with Ryanair means put everything in your pockets.
Bascicall, as long as you know what the score is before you book / are only taking hand luggage they're fine. But if you end up paying for unexpected things it can get very pricey. As for the name thing, I believe that according to international rules, the airline must accept up to three wrong letters on the name on the ticket to account for typos. Also, my missus' name on her passport is not how it is realy spelled (to do with transliteration from the Russian alphabet) and she's never had any bother with Ryanair or any other airline.
