    no one has mentioned Keith Hill at all,I don't think we have anything to worry about,however the fact that some think they can poach Poyet or Holloway makes me think they may be deluded.Other names mentioned are Tim Sherwood,Mark Hughes.Rafa Benitez and........................................Mick McCarthy!!

    Would Keith Hill be that appealing to the outside world? We can see the club and team progressing from the inside from the outside they see last season's finish an average start to the season and one good result.

    i think the way things are done at oakwell suit keef, i mean the way things are run on a purely the football side, training, players, tactics are left to him. directors/chairman, interfereing like it seems at blackburn wouldnt suit him

    He mentioned his close and warm relationship with Patrick C during an interview the other day. He'd be mad to go over the Pennines to Blackburn to work with those Venky idiots.

    Tim Sherwood looks a good bet, as he has just been told he won't be promoted at Spurs - another interesting bit of AVB man-management, following on from his dealings with Lloris! However, remember that the aim of wealthy owners is to promote their own status amongst the rich, so expect some big names to be in the hat. I can't see Rafa being interested in anything below the Premiership. Mick? Could be.

    It's got Mick's name all over it this job.

    I don't think Benitez is out of the question though, if they keep it together they should get promoted this season and probably won't struggle in the Premier League, they've got a Premier League side now...
