They are going to replace my tickets on a match by match basis and at no cost. Well done

I wondered what all the fuss was about...........................

When our kid lost his ST all he had to do was pay for one match which he had refunded when they sorted out a new ST.

Did your post contain an apology by any chance?

Why should it contain an apology? The club DID tell him that he would have to pay for each individual match - why should he have to apologise now that he's been down there and forced them to do the right thing?

Ive still got to go to Oakwell a week before every match to pick up a ticket, but fair play they arent charging me owt, differance between losing it and it being destroyed is that i had the evidence to prove it had been destroyed it being lost is an entirely differant matter.

    No.

Self inflicted - like a hangover.

The season ticket had too much beer & threw itself in the washing machine.

    That's just silly

Season tickets don't drink beer, they drink whiskey.

And I suppose you have never made a similar kind of error?

You don't need to answer that.</p>

What gives you the idea that I can use a washing machine?
