Wigan tickets sold out according to lady there.

Also. I decided to collect my Coach tickets to be on safe side. They hadn't been posted, or printed off.

I can see folks waiting for post that isn't coming. Quite happy to take responsibility for my own mess up (not clicking for postage - can't remember it being an option to be honest). However I can see folks rocking up on Sunday with booking reference expecting to get on buses. Surely they have a bus by bus list in any case so why is the ticket as opposed to the booking reference even needed?

That's my point .... I don't recall an option to have them posted or an option to collect. So according to that info they should have been posted. They haven't been posted, and neither were they ready for collection.

My experience is the same as yours fired, but apparently, to some, what is actually happening doesn't carry nearly as much weight as an official statement. You and I didn't pick our coach tickets up, they're in the post, we're just imagining that we've got them.

Well, that's why I made time to go down. I wasn't convinced that I'd seen any of the options, (postage or collect) and I wasn't convinced that I'd get something in the post.

I'm not having a pop at the club, what the club has done is brilliant.

However, I am an away game on the coach novice (I usually drive or go on the train). Therefore, when I booked the coach I just (naively perhaps) expected an e ticket. It's only because I've asked loads of questions I've made the decision to get to the club for the tickets just in case it wasn't straightforward. I can just see a load of confusion on Sunday.

I emailed the box office on Tuesday afternoon after getting my coach confirmation but not allocated a coach number.

Reply today saying we are on coach 22 and tickets have been posted out

If you want a ticket, I'd ring up. Earlier in the day they were saying there were singles available.

I went in and picked mine up yesterday (I was the same as Fired in that I just wasn't sure) and I was told that they weren't posting them out.

For what it's worth, I bought my tickets on the morning the free coaches were put on the web site. Was that Tuesday? Anyway, point is they're here in todays post safe and sound. Thanks BFC

Club statement from earlier "if you weren't given the option when purchasing tickets they have now been posted"

The point people were making was that theirs hadn't been posted.
