Ok the defending was abysmal but couple of points. Cranie didn't foul their player that resulted in the third. It wasn't ever, ever a penalty. He got the ball.
Possibly why Zola came out and said they deserved to win the game, but the scoreline was an unfair reflection?
Quite a few Watford fans put that on twitter. I think Keith will turn it around, I know I am in the minority but I still have faith in him. we're not playing that badly.
I hope he does turn it around. However, they say the sign of a good side is one that can play badly and still win. Apparently we are playing OK but still never look like winning a game. What does that say about us?
I said it wasnt a penalty from where i was sat he clearly touched the ball but he did come from behind but definitly got the ball
Yesterday I was fully supporting him leaving, but on reflection we're still not in the bottom three, have played good football at times, and have had some difficult fixtures. Watford are flying and Cardiff are top of the league for example. He needs to sign a centre half though, and start playing to the strengths of our players. JOB needs to start if he's fit enough, even just for the first 70 minutes, and Tudgay and Davies up front.
But apparently gave it away too easily in first place which resulted in him making the challenge for the penalty. From what I have seen of McNulty since he arrived.........NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND ALWAYS ERROR-PRONE
The ones I have seen seem to think they should have had more goals , rather than us getting anything from the game! Also they seem to wish they had Steele rather than Almunia, because they would be top 2 now!!
Yep he did was a very bad clearance from him with his Right Foot, last season I liked McNulty and thought he was our best Defender but this season he has been terrible
Mcnulty is not good enough, neither is wiseman or done. Keith's biggest mistake has been not signing a centre back. A big ****ing nasty one. However he plays from the back and finding a big nasty centre back that plays from the back is a difficult task.
He was holding the player's arm for a good 5/6 seconds, Ref had no choice. The penalty was less clear cut, thought so at the time. Looking at it now he ends up with ball but I think it was given more for bundling their lad over.
I thought it was a penalty, he was all over him before wrapping his leg round to get the ball. No complaints from me, apart from our **** defending.
