hope you never have to ring customer services if you're not fluent in punjabi. the worst company i have ever dealt with if anything goes wrong.

    Agreed,

the internet net service is graet as long you don't have a query.

Recently my connection kept going really slow but if i reset my router it was ok for 20 mins or so then went slow again, talking to asian customer service was las like (banghead)

they insisted i did three speed tests a day for a week, i could not get through to them that it would be impossible because the net was so slow about (30mins a page) and if i did speed test after router reset it would look like there wasn't a problem.

gave up with them and realised myself it was my modem had burnt out. changed modem fine now.

Been with Aol for 10 years, changed to Talk talk last month. Brilliant service. Had a problem with my phone line last week, had to talk to Cust Service( in India). They were great in fairness, best English I have ever heard from 3 or 4 agents I spoke with, and their technical knowlege was spot on. They also use a South African call centre which was also good. The problem by the way was BT LINE where water had got in now fixed, and Talk talk rang me back to check all was ok . So far a big thumbs up!! :)
