Everytime you do it there is a huge step back before you can go forwards. We were lucky this time in that they were already flickers players. Another manager would want to change it all around and get his own players.

I think once we get the likes of pedersen and nyatanga back in the team we will start to do a lot better and i would be giving them until the donny game at the very least if not longer to turn things around.

Shouting for his head everytime we go a goal down or lose aint helping nobody.

I still believe they will turn it around and once we get things rolling again we will be fine. Just hope we dont pick ip more injuries to conspire against us again. Gutted pesersen pickes up that injury. Dont tuink its any coincidence that we won after he was finding hia groove and weve not won since. With him, ogrady and mccourt we could really start doing some damage up front and take some pressure off the defence.

Lets just stick with him yeah!

    You reds!!!

All sounds great if we go into games with any intention to attack and get amongst the opposition.

Agreed. Stick with him it is showing signs of coming together without doubt. Still needs some tweaking. I know we have a gameplan of one half at a time and we were away and we achieved the game plan of being 0-0 at half time yesterday but the way we carved the open once they went 2-0 up just frustrates me. When we got McCourt on the ball they really couldn't deal with him. But for a wrong call we'd have been 1-0 up at half time and but for what, from the stands, appeared a Gordon Banks-esque save from Cranies header by Schmeichel we may have taken a point.

Point is, when we're away, why not go at them from the off like we did at the back end of last season? Catch them off guard and maybe take the lead, panic them, draw them out and exploit them on the counter? The worst that could happen is we go 1-0 down which we've come to expect at some stage in the match anyway. Yesterday it just felt like we'd been waiting to concede before we started to knock it around and when we did, we created more chances than they had throughout the first half.

Totally agree we need to stick by him and let him root out the players that aren't doing it for him whether he's brought them in or not.
Maybe by doing that they may have a change of heart, sacking flitcroft is not the answer plus who we gonna get, nobody with any credibility wanted the job last time and we were publicly humiliated by two refusing the job.imo

Can't agree, Flicker has lost the plot. His tactic of letting the opposition come onto us is useless for a team like us. It just allows their better players to play and they are ripping us apart. Yet again yesterday we had to go 2 down before we gave it a go and they didn't look a great side to me when we got at em. Our defending both by defenders and midfielders is all over the place and we could easily have conceded 5 or 6 again yesterday.

And we would have shipped five or six if we ad gone hung ho from the off, Leicesters tactics are for just that sort of play they ave just the sort of players to hurt us on the break I thought our tactics were OK first half tbh ugly football but frustrated em . We lost the game but we could quite easily have got something from it.

i'm with marlon - for now. by their nature, football fans are way too fickle, and way too quick to pull the trigger. usually without much thought about what to do next. flicker knows he's under pressure now, and he knows he needs to turns things round pdq. fortunately, the actual decision makers are staying calm and giving him time. but obviously some tough decisions will need to be made, if the situation hasn't improved over the next half dozen games.

the big difference for me, between keef and flicker, is attitude. keef turned into a lovely person when things started going wrong. flicker hasn't. i say we stand by him.
