    No downloading. Just type in "wiziwig" or "firstrowsports" (the one I use) into google, click on the first link and you'll be able to find it on either website. There are usually one or two popups but you can easily get rid of them either with adblock or just by clicking the "x" that's usually on them somewhere.

    just to emphasise DONT DOWNLOAD anything unless you want to spend Christmas cleaning up your PC

    You do get some quite convincing popups that look like you might need to download but ignore them.

    Right, here goes.....

    1) search google for AdblockPlus. Download the free version. DO NOT WORRY.... it is safe. This will kill all adverts and other tempting ***** that does accompany the streaming channels like Wiziwig or Vipbox. You will not have to do anything when the video screen comes up with the match. There may be a couple of stray x's on the screen, just kill them with your cursor.
    2) search for Wiziwig on google. It will display various sports options..... choose football.
    3) it will show a time listing of the available games it is streaming.... look for ours and click on it.
    4) you will probably see a list of various types of streaming.... e.g acestream or flash 200kb (or summat like). I always go for the flash one cos nothing appears to happen if I click the other one.
    5) it will then open up the video screen for the match. If you look in the top right corner of your pc screen you'll see a red symbol with ABP in it. As the video screen opens you'll see numbers appearing on this red symbol..... this is the quantity of ads and other ***** that it is blocking. Mine sometimes ends up with over 20.
    6) as I said earlier you may see a couple of stray x's on the video screen.... just wipe them out yourself by clicking on them with your cursor.
    7) if you right click the red ABP symbol you get options. The Options one allows you to allow some non obtrusive advertising. Untick that box... you don't want any ***** coming through at all.
    8) sit back and enjoy... it may buffer, freeze, stop but you can refresh it. The main thing is it's free.
    9) two hours later wonder why the hell you bothered, come back on here and read all the vitriolic abuse after another crap performance.

    Or install XBMC and open up a world of free films, sport and a load of other stuff. Most in HD quality
