Probably better places to go in the world for an holiday but there can't be a better place to live in the world. The lifestyle in tropical Queensland is fab.

Some info for you Kek Red

If I remember right from your previuos post
You were going to Sidney and Melbourne and through a travel company it were going to cost £5500 for flights and accomadation
    Question
Why do you want to go to Sidney and Melbourne?
I was told to keep away from the southern cities
Why not get your accomadation while you are out there?
Just book the first night or 2 before you set off then look round when you are out there. It will be much cheaper
Bit of advice - have at least one nights stay in Singapore or Bangkok or Hong Kong
If you dont you will be nackered when you get to Australia
This is what I did, but I wouldn't advice it
    Taxi to Donny train station
Donny to Kings Cross - 2hr
Kings Cross tube to Heathrow - 1hr
    Heathrow - 4hr
    Heathrow to Bangkok - 12hr
    Bangkok airport - 9hr
    Bangkok to Brisbane - 9hr
Arrived in Brisbane well and truly nacked !!!
Arrrr lass did a bit of research regarding the pitch length (leg room) on the internet.
Its important for me because I am 6'6" tall and about 17.5 stone.
Thai Airways came out the best at 34 inches. So we flew with these. Very good
Owt else yer need to know.......ask away
