IMHO if Kay was dropped to the bench for his Cardiff display then Heckingbottom should be dropped as well

1st goal -nowhere to be seen on the left wing-remember he is supposed to be a LEFT full back-so Reid gallops across to Huckerby-he should have fouled him out on the wing by the way rather than letting him advance into the box-as the commentator says-Huckerby was INVITED to shoot-who is in the box watching the ball arrow towards the top corner?-PH

2nd goal-ball bobbles about-PH leaves the goal scorer and moves towards the ball-no need-there were plenty of teammates dealing with it-a cruel deflection off LN and the ball goes to the now unmarked goalscorer

3rd goal-carbon copy of first-PH standing forlornly in the box while Reid desperately tries to cover for him

get Austin or Eckersley in for the next game

    Watched the highlights

and although on the day I did think Hecky was mostly at fault, the first looked offside and Reid should never have backed off, Huckerby had too much time and room, a free kick on the edge of the box shouldve been worst case, bad defending all round, including Colgan who doesnt seem as alert or mobile, maybe carrying a knock?

2nd and 3rd goals were down to indecision, not doing the simple things, and I'd be interested to know if the pre match 'dossier' mentioned Croft, cos he was their match winner, not Huckerby. Torn apart down our left, Howard drifting inside and Heckys lack of pace, need to address that.

All being said, if the goal line clearance they made in the 2nd half had fallen to us, maybe the result wouldve been different. Hoping for a much less open game against Sunderland, we seem to struggle against pace, hope they start with Yorke and John, give us a better chance.

    highlights pah !!!!

Just the goals shown, what about the early part of the second half ?

Highlights should mean that not just the goals.

Very shabby and they'll have to improve or they can bugger off for my subscription renewal !!!

    agreed...............

and it's not as if they don't record it all-I was in the shop after the Wolves home match and their was a DVD on the counter of the game-I said can I buy it and was told it was the match officials copy which they get sent after each match-so why can't we have copies as well?
