Are you registered blind on a local authority or other register?

Now, call me pedantic but would I be able to read that question if I was?

    No

But you must be filling it in online as you've long since missed the paper deadline.
If you were blind you would have web page reader software installed on your PC and would be able to hear the question.

    Have that.

The answer is yes, you could, being registered blind does not mean you have to be totally blind

The cost of the free bus travel is no laughing matter and now the council wants to bring free travel for all kids at the cost of many jobs.

When it was 1st mentioned late last year the council admitted to the Chronicle that it could possibly cost around, I Think, 30 council jobs.
