I was tidying up the stuff under the bed and there it was. It's not much to look at. That lot at CERN will be all pissed off.

According to a show I watched last night

One of the most exciting things they can find is nothing. If they find nothing then the standard model of particle physics will be shot to **** and they'll have to start again. £6 billion and some of the scientists hope to find nowt. What an excellent use of the money.

Potentially it could turn the Earth into just a landscape of grey goo. I think someone started in Wombwell some time since.

I think the Standard Model is safe no matter what CERN find.

My standard model was HMS Cossack. Airfix, not that Revell *****.

    :)

what if this life of ours is all about discovering how we got here and as soon as we discover it that it - end of - goodnight - game over!

im pretty sure whatever they find will bring about the next massive leap forward in technology. Either that or they could find Andy Johnson.
