Just got an email from Barnsley Player

I hardly used it much last year so not bothered about renewing it this year. Will the £42.99 come out automatically or does it not come out unless I renew?!

I would say it will go out automatically. Let them know and cancel your DD.

I THINK (not 100% sure) it will be still took out unless you stop it scott. Do what P72 says. Have a look on barnsley player.

 

It was probably set up as a yearly direct debit though, even on a credit card. The Player t's & c's will tell you.

 

Unsubscribed through Player, plus I've a different card to last year so I doubt they'd been able to take it.

 

Email Barnsley player advising you cancelled. Contact your bank and ensure that they cancel any continuous payment authority/direct debits to player and if they have already taken payment instruct your bank to do a chargeback/indemnity as required.

 

It says in small print that you must cancel at least one month before your renewal is dew mate...so if it's less than that they'll automatically take another year..
