What we have been crying out for is a experienced defendewr to help marshall the current back 3 , what we needed was Kozluks experience, he would have been well versed in QPRs tactics of dropping off and creating space. If Mr Davey has decided that Kozluk has no part to play then after today and Norwich he is absolutely wrong, this guy could help us but because Davey cannot take criticism from players he dropps them Strikers today were average and the midfield again cried out for experience and Johnson would have done well today but Mr Davey thinks he knows best and it is clear he does not. If he dosnt change things soon and use experience then we are going to be lucky to stay in this league. Just my opinion for what its worth
im beginning to feel the same theres a lot more to man management than a big stick and its about time mr davey realised this, or they wont be anyone left.
Davey needs to realize to mix esperience with youth and not be so against "older pro's" having their say, i dont think a run of coaching youngsters in a academy set up gives you the right to treat senior pfoffesional footballers the same.
Seems to me that Kozluk is being frozen out so that he gets peed off & asks for a transfer so BFC can get a fee for him, it effin stinks!
