I'll start with the positives. Mido has got some quality about him, its not hard to see, great in the air, just needs to shed a few pounds obviously. Toni Silva looks a quality prospect, still only young so plenty of time for Keef to mould him into a £3million player. The two trialists looked good. The team showed some good passing movements in parts.

The negatives. Wiseman is ****. The defence needs some quality adding to it to be able to compete in the Championship in my opinion. Reuben Noble Lazarus looks off it. Alnwick doesn't look to assured.
Too many little kids running about, the Don was there and he didn't look happy.

just got back, took my 4 & 7 year old lads. both sat quietly on the wall next to tunnel.

Mido very good in air and some good touches. Silva very quick but can see coulf be frustrating. couple of times turned his player once, then again, then a third time.

Offspring I agree with all that mate. Would like to add, if we can afford Martin we should definitely sign him, Jordan Clark is nowhere near ready. Steade at left back showed some really neat touches.

Agreed. Martin looks very composed on the ball. Clark looks an intelligent player, not his night tonight though, a lot of the time I could see what he was trying to do, linking up etc, just couldn't pull.it off.

Disagree over Clarke, i've never been over convinced about him, but for me, he's looked very sharp in these friendlies. Plays the sort of football KH is trying to install. For me was our best player against Rotherham, it's all a matter of opinion though.

Most of the positives were with the set up like.....

    1) 2.90 for a pint. Reasonable compared to the 3.50 you can spend at league grounds.

    2) Free parking on the playing field and done so you can drive away as soon as you get back to your car.

    3) A tidy little one quid matchday programme despite them thinking Gordon Shepherd is still part of the club.

    4) 875 being a decent crowd.
