onto tinternet after 6 weeks without it.</p> TOSSCALI WHAT A LOAD OF *****</p> they managed to **** up my internet access big time.</p> i tried to save a few quid by switching phone and broadband to them ,as soon as my line switched from BT to tosscali i lost internet access.after numerous phone calls to tech guys "patel and the autocue cronies" they decided it was a line problem.(ingenius-bearing in mind i`d had many trouble free years with BT). to cut a long story short i ended up cancelling tis sorry tosscali and going back to bt,thus curing the so called line problem.</p> </p> moral of story IF IT AINT BROKE DON`T FIX IT/poo /poo :'( :'( (N) (N) (N) (blagger) </p> </p>
htey messed me up. I got put through to an english department manager to whom i explained that I would be billing them £1 for every day they didnt fix the problem. I now pay next to nothing for myISP and got two months Foc and the problm fixed inside an hour.
the whole shenanigan cost me an arm and a leg in phone calls to the customer support team,but the itemised bill is winging its way to the tosscali head office.wether i`m reimbursed or not is another matter!(doh)
They took five weeks to answer my problem of super-slow broadband. Would never go with them again. Very poor and virtually no customer service.
