Not a bad performance by the lads especially with all the hype about QPR going to play us off the park!! well that did not happen and i was encoureged by the team , especially Steele who had a very confident game But.. The only player who caused us problems was our own Bobby Hassell whom it must be said had a shocker, often caught out of position and giving the ball away, he seemed very quiet and If Davey cannot see how blatantly 1000% obvious it was that he should not be in the middle of the park then Davey must be Thick. I still think Johnson in there today would have been more composed and accurate with his passing, i blame Hasseel for the second goal.
Remember, we had 4 first team players out today De Silva or Colace would take over from Hassell, because yer right, while Hassell is there we are going to struggle. I like Hassell as a defender but the guy is not a midfielder, he cannot pass the ball Also missing was Muller and JCR
IMHO disco did well first 25, then disappeared. BH, freat full back, not a midfield holder as we agreed earlier NFT
Muller woundt have made much difference Wouldnt have been able to do much about the 2 goals - and Steel made a brilliant penalty save - and a couple of other smart but regulation pieces of keeping - Da Silva is the midfielder we are missing. I think JCR and Disco are fairly interchangeable
