    From London, spent £65 had a cracking day taking in festive London, dint bother with the match.

    Thanks to the lads who recommended The Engineer. Could have spent the same at football, glad l didn't.

    Sounds like you made the right choice. I decided against going today, so glad I did. Going to Bridlington tomorrow to take the dog for a walk on the beach and have a fish and chip tea with the money I saved. Football is gash and I don't think I'll be going to another non season ticket game until there are changes.

    It's about priorities Phil. I have a mortgage and rent to pay, council tax, utilities, insurance, food and other bills to pay. What money I have left I want to enjoy and spending over £60 going to watch Barnsley is not value for money. Can you even begin to understand what I have just said?

    No, you said you aren't going to watch the team apart from league games unless you get change. Now post 2 and 5 aren't saying the same thing.

    I'm almost certain if we get drawn against say one of the manchester clubs you will go to it.

    Read is post again.

    We've had some good performances this season. it wasn't long ago that Barnsley got a point at at Bolton with there top squad, some say its the best in the league.

    I just can't justify spending the money it costs to support them away from home; life is expensive and Xmas costs a fortune so Barnsley go down the priority list especially when the return from them is zero.
    Right now I really couldn't give a toss about the FA cup and I don't chose games depending on who we play, I don't get star-struck so whether we played Manure or Harrogate Town it wouldn't make too much difference to me as a fan.

    No it doesn't and despite going them 10 games we are STILL out side the bottom three which must mean we aren't as bad has people are try to make out.

    I never said things aren't Mario BUT it sounds like to me and TBH you aren't normally like that on here.

    I can tell you're hurting from this run and i'm too but look at the positives. we have a decent squad and we are out of the Relegation places. we can't have a worse second half of the season, surely.
