Well!! Awful. No other word for it. Disgrace maybe!!

Not one player on the park today could come away with any credit. We all went with such optimism before kick off with our new signings and believing that just maybe we could out do Coventry on there own patch. How wrong could we have been.

In the 80 minutes that i saw (I walked out when fourth went in) we witnessed a poor goalkeeper, shocking defending, a non existent midfield and stkers , forced tor un around after loose balls and not receive a pass all game. Oh and i better not forget our club captian and central defender deciding to have a scuffle in our own box!! Brilliant.

Coventry dominated everything. won everything and seemed far far more up for it than we did. What exactly we do differently away from Oakwell im not sure - but it needs putting right.

Im not worrying about relegation yet because i still think that our home form will see us through and other teams below us simply being worse than us!! But we need to improve. I really really hope today was just a bad day at gthe office like Davey has come out and said, but its now happening a little too often.

As for the Souza and howard moment - Im with Souza. He knew he wasnt playing well (But then again neither was any of our team) and all our captain did again all match was swing his arms about and berate everybody every time they made a mistake. Souza didnt need telling by Howard that he had done somethig wrong. I think it was just the straw that broke the camels back. It was handbags really. Souza threw a glove at Howard and they shoved each other before being split up. But for me, Howard needs to just learn how to encourage rather than again and again shout and berate his team mates.

Any way rant over. Paid 24 quid for tickt or summat daft, 10 quid parking, 40 quid in petrol and a tenner on food and beer before game. And do you know what, il still be in queue on monday for anfield tickets!! Int football brilliant.

Off for a chinese and a nice bottle a red now. Might even speak to the missus - ill see :)

    40 Quid For Petrol?

I know fuel prices are bad, but what do you drive for it to cost 40 quid from Bolton to Coventry return?

Our parking attending gave us a friendly wave as we left - much more than anyone at BFC gave us today.

"Coventry dominated everything. won everything and seemed far far more up for it than we did."

Thats the top and bottom of it, simply put. It was evident from start to finish.

Obviously Dreamboy has never driven a 1.2

It cost me near enough £200 in petrol for Charlton away!

    Yes mate

We had about 20 mins of the second half when we pushed them back but when they got their comical second we just caved in and let them run riot.

    I drive a 1.2 over 70mph

It drains the tank, hence the reason I'm after a diesel!

Mmmm Honda Civic Type S GT 2.2 diesel turbo on an 07 plate REALLY floats my boat!
