    Got mine, copied and pasted it in the box, remembered to click on Apply and now I'm ready for the match on Saturday.

    For those who made the same mistake as I did a few weeks ago (I forgot to click Apply) I emailed the EFL help desk and within a couple of weeks, and after a couple of emails apologising for charging me, they refunded the £10. I'm saying this for those who may have made the same mistake and just not bothered to ask for it back. It worked for me so there's no reason for anyone to be out of pocket.
