    Couple of questions for ya

    How did you order it?

I did mine three times through there web site, and nothing. Posted in their newsgroups, and they were pretty crap.

So just wondered if you rang them or what?

    Ta.

Did mine through their website mate. After I had sent it through their online system, I opened up my emails, only to receive a bounced mail back to me saying it was undeliverable. Fortunately they DID receive it as I got confirmation through with a reference number. Only ordered it a few days ago too. The set-up was easy, and had a freephone number to ring to give them my new MAC number. Set up in no time. My PC Guard is still saying that its running offline, yet im happily surfing the net :-$

    cable or bt?

been with virgin thru bt years, just moved n got switched on,
dunno what speed i was getting before, was tagged as 8meg and was pretty quick, no complaints anyway,
but here its pretty slow, did a test and it comes up about 1/2meg...thats half a meg not 1 or 2!
and im still on the same exchange as the old address
