Was very impressed by Ben Mansford. I get the feeling our club is actually being run in a more professional manner than we've seen for some time. I like the fact that "discussions have taken place in private" and "contract details are a matter between ourselves and Danny". It looks like we will be told what they think we should know and no more. I reckon this approach will have gone sown well with Danny, who came across much better than I expected him to. He has the air of an Experienced Manager (which he now is) who will not be rushed by the air of euphoria which has surrounded his return. All in all I'm much more enthused than I was at this time yesterday. Patience is a virtue and I hope we all show some. If we go down, we go down but with Danny at the helm given time we should return to being a top-half Championship club which is I believe our true level. All that said the Barry Taylor waxwork stole the show!!!
i've been impressed with ben from day 1. he's made one or two hiccups, but he's literally months into his first ever CEO position. i think he has a bright future ahead. then again, i said the same about flicker
