Ritchie NOT UNHAPPY with board

Barnsley manager Andy Ritchie says he is NOT ALL THAT BOTHERED that the Tykes board are refusing to talk about extending his contract.
Ritchie's deal is due to expire at the end of this season and he had been KIND OF told he would be offered a new contract, ACCORDING TO HIM.

Ritchie told BBC Radio Sheffield: "The VERY GOOD LOOKING chairman told me there are no immediate plans to talk about my contract and won't be in the foreseeable future, WHICH IS FINE, BECAUSE HE'S GREAT.

"But given what was ALLEGEDLY said a month ago I'm NOT very disappointed."

Barnsley have FAILED TO WIN eight of their last 10 Championship games, winning only one WHILST PLAYING REALLY WELL, and lie second bottom in the table, BUT ONLY A FEW DOZEN POINTS FROM THE PLAY-OFFS.
